The investment in setting up an assembly workshop for the production of diamond core drills in 1993 proved a benchmark year for PDP. This new facility enabled PDP to open-up a whole new potential client base. Namely, private label customers wishing to sell their own brand of diamond cores. Even in today¡¯s price conscious market that sees numerous firms buying low quality products from overseas, PDP are proud that around 40% of the products made in its Canterbury workshop are destined to be painted and packaged for UK private label customers.
Product safety and manufacturing consistency are paramount at PDP. As such, products supplied by PDP are manufactured in accordance to ISO9001 quality standards and EN13236 European safety standards. Furthermore many of our products are produced in factories certified by the OSA, the international organization monitoring the safety of grinding tools.
