With infeed grinders, our expertise is in upgrading Royal Master grinders so that they are capable of holding tolerances of a few microns at a fraction of the price of a new grinder. Our gauging system provides 100% inline inspection on a wide variety of parts and can be used on most infeed grinders. Using our exclusive software, we can gauge extremely tight tolerances and use this information to auto-adjust the part size on the grinder. Our newly developed linear-motor-drive CNC dressing, with 0.1 micron resolution, can automatically adjust the dress using our gauge data to maintain the mean measurement on all diameters. The entire line virtually runs itself.
