Rex-Cut® Type 27 Depressed Center Grinding Wheels feature non-woven cotton fiber construction and aluminum oxide abrasive grains bonded together with a resilient latex bond. Formulated for aggressive stock removal and one-step finishing on all types of aluminum, including aircraft and marine grades, these wheels provide good operator control and are non-loading.
Constantly revealing fresh abrasives as they grind, Rex-Cut® Type 27 Depressed Center Grinding Wheels are offered in six grits and two bonds. The A24 grain size and GFX latex bond are optimized for aluminum and come in 3" to 9" dias. and three thicknesses. Applications include tank and vessel fabrication, electronics chassis, trailers, RVs, and marine structures.
