Abstract Many factors affects the measurement result of the capsule which include the material quality, structure, dimensions, machining precision, heat treatment result, dressing before the actual usage and the service life,etc.Uncertainty and misleading measurement results will be bring into the system if we can not comprehensively regulate all these factors. In this article seven types of the capsule that are representative were analyzed. Then the author contributes some opinions and suggestions, based on the author's own practical experiences and the usage situation of several big synthetic diamond companies in China.
