Abstract This paper introduces the experiments for synthesizing high grade diamond by enlarging chamber by cubic presses if Φ650 mm and Φ1 000 mm cylinder diameter, and the good results were got from the synthesizing chamber Φ45 mm, Φ56 mm, Φ60 mm to Φ72 mm. The experiments indicate that the whole design must be done, such as assembling structure and warmer, pressure, temperature, etc , when the synthesizing chamber is enlarged, and corrected by a long time experiment results are also given in this paper: Chamber diamond Φ72 mm, output 700~720 cts per cycle, the ratio of high grade diamond more than 60%.
