Diamond Saw Orientation Order of Research

Abstract With the arrayed and optimal oriented system, the diamond can be orderly arrayed in the segment of the diamond blades and make the different crystal face and crystal edge of diamond grain toward different direction which will maximize excellent characteristics the diamond crystal, and optimize the cutting performance of the saw blade. Through the study on the application and characteristics of the diamond, we get the test report as following: the retention of the diamond in matrix when it takes the combination edge of 111 and 100 as the exposure part is better than that it takes 111 as exposure part. The saw blades life is improved more than 50% and the cutting stability also increased, the cutting performance raised 1 times
