Comparative analysis of performance differences of several kinds of bit

Abstract This paper, through analyzing the theory of garrulous rock mechanism about PDC bit ,electroplating pregnant bit and hard alloy bit , carried on the test of infixing performance comparing about three kinds of bit. The result shows: as to medium weathering gray rock stratum, no matter in infixing efficiency and service life, PDC bit have all superiority that other aiguilles can't be compared. The average infixing efficiency of three kinds of bits: PDC bit>Hard alloy bit > electroplating bit;The service life of three kinds of bits: PDC bit >Electroplating bit> hard alloy bit .This paper analyze theoretically produce these reason of differences, as to the choice bit types about medium-soft and medium-hard stratum ,the paper have directive significance.
