Research on the prealloyed powder matrix effecting the performance of saw blade used in cutting granite

Abstract Cutting experiment for 4 kinds of diamond saw blades made of different matrix and same parameters, function of prealloyed powder on the matrix and effect of the performance of saw blade in different matrix were investigated. The results show the holding force of prealloyed powder matrix is better than the single metal powder matrix. Better the comprehensive performance and process quality of diamond saw blade can be ensured by using prealloyed powder ZWC and ZSF1.
