Ruinuoheng Graphite Co.,Ltd signed the contract with Didao district government, in Jixi city on June 16. Ruinuoheng invested 0.5 billion RMB to build the largest diamond plant in Heilongjiang Province. The plant will reach to 0.52 billion carats diamond annually after realizing designed capacity.

We have learnt that the company will develop new material and user products in the newest field of diamond super hardness, focusing on the development of diamond abrasive tools, cutting disc, drills etc.
