Abstract Sintering technology is a decisive factor on diamond tools performance. This paper studies the physics properties change of cutting tools segments hardness, bending resistance and alloying degree under different condition of free sintering, high temperature high pressure sintering, low pressure sintering, etc. roughly tested and analyzed the effects of different sintering technology on cutting tools performance, presents a new sintering method.
