Study on the relationship between the workface's modality of diamond gangsaw segment and sawing effect

Abstract The experiment was conducted on 4 sets of gangsaw segment which have the same structure and different technology, and the sawing performance affected by different segment shape and different diamond working way under the same sawing condition. The results show that a good sawing effect can be got when the surface of segment is in planar state and the segment with coating diamond.
