The application of vitrified bond dual-side grinding discs in grinding alloyed steel parts

Abstract Effect on alloyed steel workpieces grinding by vitrified dual-side CBN grinding discs is introduced in this paper. Factor affecting surface qualities of the workpieces is also analysised. It is proved that grinding effacing and surface precision of the workpiece are both high by using vitrified CBN discs to grind the flat alloyed steel parts. It is valuable to be applied and disseminated.
