The above tension belt clings to inside guard board on the axle of tension wheel. The other side of tension wheel adjusting plate extends from inside guard board. There is location-plate on the outside of inside guard board. And there is draw bar between the adjusting plate and location-plate of tension wheel, on which there is a tension spring. One end of the draw bar is on the adjusting plate of tension wheel, the other end of it hinge joint with changing belt hand shank after its extending from location-plate. And there are tension surface and changing belt surface on the hand shank. It solved the problem of changing belt with the advantages of simple structure, operating easily and saving labor, changing belt conveniently, security reliability etc.
