In 2011, 46 central administrated State-owned enterprises achieved A-level in the operation performance assessment out of the 118 assessed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
China Petrochemical Corporation, China National Petroleum Corporation, and China National Offshore Oil Corp are among the 46 A-level performance companies.
The 46 A-level companies accounted for 38.98 percent of all central administrated enterprises, while 55 B-level companies accounted for 46.61 percent, 13 C-level companies accounted for 11.02 percent and 4 D-levle enterprises accounted for 3.39 percent.
In 2011, although the complicated and grim economic situation affected both internal and external markets, most of the total 118 central enterprises within the scope of SASAC's operating performance assessment accomplished their targets and improved their development qualities that year.
These central administrated SOEs' economic-value-added reached 406 billion yuan ($64 billion), 4.4 percent more than that in the 2010. The assessment results were made after strict examination and verification.
