Lanzhou held the analysis and scheduling meeting about energy-saving and recycling economy of the first half year on Aug 1. The meeting announced that 26 key recycling economy projects through Lanzhou confirmation has finished 0.55 billion investments. Eight projects has been constructed and gone into operation.

Early in the year, Lanzhou made a plan of energy-saving and recycling economy key projects guidance in line with implementing the construction of recycling economy key project to make sure of 26 key recycling economy projects, including annual production 0.35 million tons environmental protection and kinetic energy resin of Northwest Yongxin Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd, coating bond industrialization etc. At present, there are eight projects have been constructed and gone into operation, including annual output 1 million environmental protection and high performance commercial concrete and dry-mixed mortar projects of Hongjian Group, annual production 3000 tons Halal Gelatin production line of Amin biology gelatin, annual output 0.3 million tons mineral waste residue of Dongsheng Micro Powder, No.5 furnace in poor quality coal power plant of Yaojie , silicon carbide production line, mixed gas power generation etc. Six companies are ranked as the provincial special enterprises including Lanzhou Petroleum and Chemical Company, branch of CNPC, getting 3.15 million provincial special fund of recycling economy.
