Saudi Arabia prepares to meet the growing demand for new homes



The Kingdom is gearing up to meet the residential, health, educational and recreational needs of its rapidly growing population. Over 2 million new housing units will be needed, with over 600,000 for Riyadh alone. With much of Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure undergoing a complete expansion, opportunities are widespread. Public and commercial development projects are underway on a scale not seen anywhere else in the region.
