The Development of investigations in the preparation method and properties of CBN crystal

Abstract In this paper the development of investigations and a new method to synthesize CBN crystal by chemical reaction is introduced, obtained transparent CBN film with epitaxial growth on the flake substrate, and obtained the relationship of U2 and Vm, spectrum of the light emission, the second-order nonlinear optical properties of cubic boron nitride for the first time.
