Precision tool supplier Mapal Dr. Kress KG has announced that it has invested €15 million for an additional production hall covering 6,000 square metres at its factory in Aalen, Germany.

The company said the expansion follows rising demand for precision tools, and the new hall is based on the factory-in-factory concept. Along with the production of ISO tools and base plates, the hall also houses assembly and work preparation operations as well as technical support for the company’s various product areas.
