The chairman of the Angolan Diamonds Commercial Society (SODIAM), Santo Ant�nio, stressed Thursday in Luanda that the diamonds produced in the country are transformed into precious stones of development, progress, pride and prestige of Angola.

Speaking at the international conference on the centenary of the discovery of the first diamonds in Angola, Santo Ant�nio said that the precious stones produced in the country arrive in every market, adding that he has a programme whose vision is internationalization.

"We are a global company that aims at improving our performance at all times," he said.

The chairman of SODIAM stated that in this event it is expected the internationalization of Angolan companies and show what the new image of the Angolan diamond is.
