Xinjiang Zhongyuan Mining is to build an 2 million tonnes iron ore beneficiating project in Yuli County, Xinjiang province.

The construction will be completed in three stages. The first stage will be running at a capacity of processing 2.1 million tonnes of crude ore and 0.6 million tonnes of concentrates a year; Stage two will add extra capacity by 2.1 million tonnes of crude ore and 0.6 million tonnes of concentrates a year; the final stage will increase the capacity to 7 million tonnes of crude ore and 2 million tonnes of concentrates per annum.
