Levantina Opens Spanish Stone Center

ZARAGOZA, Spain C Spanish stone-production leader Levantina opened a new stone showroom here in late June to present surfacing solutions to professionals and consumers.
More than 100 customers, specifiers and partners helped inaugurate the 32,300-ft² Levantina Stone Center on June 23 in Zaragoza, situated some 200 miles west of Barcelona in northeastern Spain.
The center combines the showroom aspect of the exhibition of slabs with facilities for conferences, technical training courses and other public events. Among the stones featured from the Alicante, Spain-based producer are Ivory Cream marble (from the worlds largest deposit of the variety), Naturamia® granites and Techlam® porcelain slabs.
Levantina owns 69 quarries, 14 factories and more than 45 distribution centers in Spain, Brazil, China, Germany, Poland, Portugal and the United States. Levantina USA, the company's U.S.-based arm, operates three showrooms and a stoneyard.
