Swiss company, Reishauer AG has recently completed a new facility dedicated to the manufacture of rotary diamond dressing tools for gear and non-gear forms. This expansion enables Reishauer to be a single-source supplier of superior quality diamond dressing tools in addition to their hard gear finishing machines.
This new series of dressing tools offered by Reishauer include SPA, SPA-S, RP-1SW and RP-2SW, as well as DSA dressing units in single taper discs and full form rolls in single and multiple start configurations. Also, Reishauer RZF/RZP diamond masters are manufactured in both positive and reverse electro-plated versions.


The Reishauer organisation was founded in 1788 in Switzerland. The high quality cutting tools and measuring equipment initially produced by the company soon led to the manufacturing of grinding machines, particularly machines for gear and thread grinding. All manufacture is still undertaken in Switzerland, but Reishauer now has sales and support offices in the USA and China.
