According to data released by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, China saw its primary aluminum output increase 8.55% YoY to 12.49 million tonnes in the first 7 months of this year.

From Jan to Jul, the country's output of aluminum oxide increased 10.07% YoY to 25.22 million tonnes.

The association also said that the country's aluminum product output amounted to 21.53 million tonnes in the first 7 months of this year up 25.84% from the same period of last year. In the month of Jul, the country's primary aluminum output reached 1.84 million tonnes.
