Rare earth project is on track for 2016

Rare Element Resources expects its Bear Lodge projects in northeastern Wyoming to be on schedule for operation in 2016.
Bear Lodge is a mineralized district proposed in Weston and Crook counties in the Black Hills National Forest. The company and the U.S. Forest Service started preparing the environmental impact statement on the project in September.
