BlueFire Equipment Corporation (OTCQB: BLFR) announced today it is has shipped a customized version of its highly engineered polycrystalline diamond cutter (PDC) drill bit to an international client.

Chairman and CEO of BlueFire Equipment Corporation William A. Blackwell said, "Now that we have shipped our first made-to-order product overseas we look forward to continuing brisk growth in the international sector." He added, "Our leading edge manufacturing techniques have enabled BlueFire to meet international applications in a variety of environments and rock formations."

BlueFire's ability to provide customization as well as cost savings has ushered in new opportunities for expansion. As previously announced, BlueFire is currently in talks with Russian oilfield equipment distributors regarding the company's products. Blackwell said the use of more advanced technologies will assist Russia to access untapped reserves and will result in increased output from existing fields.
