It has bright application prospect in the field of high & new technology, for example: micro-electronics, photoelectron, biomedicine, machinery, aviation, nuclear, etc. It attracts so many interdisciplinary researchers to develop hardly and makes preliminary achievements. The examples cited in this article are non-grinding application domain. Experts predict that the direct products of diamond films will over 10 billion dollars by 2010. It is equal to twice of synthetic diamond market by static pressure.
