Keeping your equipment in a good state is well worth your time and efforts invested in it. Below is a checklist for the maintenance of your diamond circular sawing machines:
After 4 – 6 months’ running of the machines, their lubricant oil and machine oil must be replaced.
Every day before switching on the machines, their sliding or rotational parts such as lead-screws, guide-rods and guide-ways should be checked and lubricated. The cross rails should be frequently checked, and there must not be any sundries above or below them.
After every shift-work, lubricant oil should be added to those parts mentioned above.
After every day’s work, the powder of stones must be cleaned away. The trolleys and the workplace should be washed with water.
Periodically check the junction of each screw to prevent them from getting loose.
Periodically check the V-belts to see if they are too loose or too tight.
Every time after replacing a diamond circular saw blade, the end beating of the blade should be detected. At the place of diameter 1400mm – 1600mm, the beating must not exceed 0.4mm.
