CIMES 2014, one of the China's largest machine tool exhibition for the year, will offer visitors 20 conferences and at least 30 collocated technical seminars, along with the vivid display of nearly 3,000 pieces of edge-cutting machinery and tools.

These sessions, organized by industry groups, trade publications, academic institutions and high profile companies in the trade, will cover a wide array of the industry's most advanced manufacturing technologies and applications. The exhibition will be an international platform for the Chinese manufacturing industry to drive industrial upgrades and close the gap between the world's leading industry players.

For the product schowcases, the nearly 3,000 pieces of machinery and tools will be displayed by approximately 1,300 exhibitors and industry experts from more than 30 countries and regions. These will include the latest metal cutting, metal forming, special purpose technology, tools, accessories and components, automation and CNC systems and a huge variety of other exhibits.

The organizers are expecting the exhibition to attract more than 100,000 visitors from over 70 countries to preview and test equipment in person, as well as to efficiently source the latest technologies that can best enhance their manufacturing efficiency.

CIMES 2014, The 12th edition of the China International Machine Tool & Tools Exhibition, will be held at Beijing's China New International Center from June 18 to 22, 2014.
