Taixiang specializes in research, manufacture and marketing of prealloyed powders, and can produce 3000 tones of high grade prealoyed powders every year. The company has an area of 20,000 square meters with 4,000 square meters of factory zone. 1. TBP prealloyed powder

High pressure-water atomization powder, used for matrix of diamond tools.

(1) Brazing connection with diamond during the sintering process is realized, improving the sharpness of diamond blade.

(2) Flexural strength and heat radiation are improved.

2. TKP prealloyed powder

Patterns of powders are changed from irregular to honeycomb or coral types based on the TBP series.

(1)Molding is improved with great efficiency and 70% powders can be saved. Matrix alloying is realized, flexural strength of matrix and impact resistance of diamond are improved.

3. TSP prealloyed powder

Customized powder based on TBP and TKP. No distributor for the safety of product formula.
