The conference was well cared for by China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’ Association. Deputy Secretary-General—Mao Yufeng of CMTBA presented himself at the conference. Other attendees are: Zhu Feng, Li Zhihong, Jia Pan, Chen Huairong, Mo Yunshui, Li Hexin, Liu Jianshe, Lv Zhi, Fu Depu, Zou Wenjun, Zhao Qingguo, Wang Limin, Zhou Lianke, Wang Shaobin, Cui Xiangren, Deng Guofa, Hou Hongyun, etc. There are more than 280 attendees. The Conference presided over by Secretary-General—Li Zhihong of superhard material sub-association.

The conference had 12 items. First of all, the chairman of superhard material sub-association—Zhu Feng made an opening speech and report. This reports provided detailed industrial development in the past 4 years. Statistics showed that the average annual growth rate of the gross industrial output value was 20.8%, the average annual growth of diamond output in recent three years was 13.7%, the average annual growth of CBN output in recent three years was 9.1%, all kinds of products 29.3%. The superhard material industry kept a rapid growth.
