Shandong Steel makes one bln yuan profit

In the first nine months, Shandong Steel had an operating revenue of 64.6 billion yuan and a profit of 987 million yuan, despite a loss of 1.29 billion yuan in the first half. The mill is getting out of the mess thanks to its internal business consolidation.
