Import and export statistics of lab grown diamonds in June 2022

In June 2022, India's imports of rough lab grown diamonds were $148.3 million, up 47.39% year-on-year, and exports of polished lab grown diamonds were $149.28 million, up 56.78% year-on-year.
Provisional gross export of Polished Lab Grown Diamonds for the period APR 2022 - JUN 2022 at US$ 475.37 million (in Rs. 3669.09 crores) shows growth of 83.02% (91.24% in Rs. term) over the comparative figure of US$ 259.73 million (Rs. 1918.59 crores) for previous year.
