Hebei Iron and Steel Group Handan Steel has agreed on a comprehensive collaboration with Changcheng Auto, a Baoding-based non-government run enterprise, on the aspects of trial production of auto steel. Handan Steel is now in a position to produce 80 percent of all kinds of auto steel except auto panel, with its prickling sheet having been used by internationally renowned carmakers.
