Wisco has signed a long-term cooperation memorandum with South Koreas SeAH Group, a consortium with businesses spanning steel, logistics and information technology and that runs a 1.5 million t/y pipe plant – SeAH Steel, the largest pipe maker in South Korea. Wisco is now supplying 20 percent of its HR output each year to the group, according to an agreed pact that came into effect in 2003.
