China Stone Favors Mid-East

Nan'an companies harvest 35% growth of export to Mid-east in past months. To move processing & marketing networks directly to Mid-east is now what decision-makers are thinking about. Xishi Group, has already obtained approval for setting up branches in Mid-East.
"In Arabian culture, people prefer marble to be used in exterior and interior decoration for living room and lobby, because of its unique sense of elegance. The Construction Law of U.A.E. prescribed, buildings must be dealt with exterior decoration. Stone covering, especially marble covering, is in great demand in Mid-East". A trader said.
How "big" the demand is?
Saudi Arab plans to invest 623 billion USD in "Knowledge Economy City" construction before 2020, 140.7 billion USD to be poured in infrastructure construction. U. A. E. intends to build 500 hotels of four- or five- stars, 200,000 villas, and 60 mosques. As for the undergoing Rebuild in Iraq, stone is in great demand, and possibly expected to share the 100 billion USD of rebuild fund.
But now the biggest competitors of Cha are not those high-grade products supplying countries, such as Italy, instead, they are India, Turkey and other countries with rich resource and favorable price.

Expert continued, "The best thing is, in near future, we will penetrate in the huge market of high-grade products, as we get familiar with local decoration culture and technique."
