Baosteel Group has signed a letter of intent with the Shanghai Railway Bureau, in a bid to reach their long-term development goals of growing bigger and stronger, enhance transport capacity and productivity, optimize the distribution of inside resources and improve logistics services, as well as streamlining business dealings such as steel supply, integration of transport with trade and rail scrap recycling.
