Some people may be curious why the prices of our diamond tool products (and our other products) can be that low. Is the products’ quality also at a very low level? No, we have different quality grades of products. Each quality grade is for a certain kind of jobs and can satisfy their requirements. Selecting products in suitable quality grade can reduce our customers’ costs. With the same quality, our products’ prices are very low comparing the ones in many other countries. The reason is mainly related to the production costs, our capacity and our price policy.

There are three main reasons, we think, which make our factories’ production costs at low level. First, our factories’ production technologies have reached a certain level, and develop continually. The technologies can use the resources effectively and reduce the defective rate. Second, the human resource cost is currently lower in China than in many other countries. Last, production efficiencies in our factories are high because of the management and working efficiency.

We have built good cooperation relationships with our selected supply factories, so we can get good prices from them. Further more, we insist our profits at the level of a little bit lower than the normal. Therefore our prices are further lowered.
