Abstract: CVD diamond film is the most promising high-tech material which great attention has been paid. Its preparation involves a variety of disciplines. This article makes an analysis and discussion from the CVD parameter, diamond film quality, the choice of matrix material, adhesiveness between diamond film and cemented carbide matrix, pretreatment technology of cemented carbide matrix, the polishing technology of diamond film, etc. According to the article, preparation technology of CVD diamond film is a system engineering that involves many high-techs.
