America’s PCC Group, a leading producer of high-nickel alloy, nuclear pipeline and forging parts for spaceship and one of the world’s top 500 enterprises, agreed to purchase 49 percent of Yangzhou-based Chengde Steel Pipe Group, China’s biggest large-diameter seamless pipe producer.
