Anhui Saw CPI and PPI Rise 2.0% and 8.5% Year-on-Year Respectively in January

In January, impacted by the prices of foods and houses, Anhui provincial Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose 2.0% year-on-year, up 0.6% at the monthly link relative ratio. The provincial prices of industrial products showed a momentum of rapid growth with the Industrial Product Price Index (PPI) rising 8.5% year-on-year, up 2.3% at the link relative ratio in the month for the common effects of the significant rise of the prices of such products as product oil, nonferrous metals and chemical raw materials and relatively low base number of the previous year.
