Benxi Steel successfully test rolled out X100 spiral welded pipe steel for the oil sector from its 2,300 mm continuous hot rolled machine. The steel produced this time was 15.3 mm thick, the thickest of similar products ever made at home, and will be trial used in the third section of the West to East Gas Transportation Project undertaken by CNPC.
