Ansteel has agreed to further participation into the operations of steel- and iron ore-dedicated docks in Yingkou - home to Ansteel Bayuquan Steel New Apace - together with its four-decade long partner Yingkou Port Group after the first dock services cooperation agreement was reached between the two parties in February 2008.
