NYC: Diamond district jewelry store robbed; none injured

Two armed men stormed Royal Gems, a Manhattan jewelry store, over the weekend and made off with gems and cash, New York City authorities said. No injuries were reported.
Royal Gems is located on the second floor of a diamond dealers' building in the city's diamond district.
According to the New York Times, the robbery took place just before noon, Saturday. The thieves, described as being between 25 and 30 years old, came in the store, tied up the four men inside – three employees and one customer – at gunpoint and took jewelry, diamonds and cash, the exact value of which has yet to be determined.
The police investigation in ongoing.
