Sino-Belarus Entrepreneurs Held Economic and Trade Cooperation Symposium

Responsible persons of more than 20 large-sized enterprises of China and representatives of more than 10 renowned enterprises of the Republic of Belarus held a symposium at the Chinese Embassy in the Republic of Belarus on the afternoon of March 23 to discuss further strengthening economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.
Romanov, chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, stated at the symposium that the Republic of Belarus has superior geographical position with a stable political and social environment, rapid economic growth and low-cost labor force. The country provides the preferential policies for foreign investors in taxation and other aspects and has formulated related laws and regulations to guarantee the interests of the investors.
Chinese ambassador to the Republic of Belarus Lu Guicheng was present at the symposium, saying that to promote the pragmatic cooperation in economic and trade area between the two countries, the Ministry of Commerce of China will organize a delegation of more than 50 responsible persons of over 20 influential and strong large-sized enterprises to visit Belarus and conduct deep discussions on carrying out long-term cooperation of large projects with Belarus party before member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping visits Belarus. The entrepreneur delegation to visit the country will boost the cooperation in such areas as economy, trade, technology and investment.
