Shareholders of the Archangel Diamond Corporation have approved the voluntary dissolution of the Corporation and the delisting of the its shares from the NEX trading board of the TSX Venture Exchange, subject to the authority of the Board of Directors to revoke the resolution authorizing the dissolution.

As a result, the Corporation will continue with its ongoing efforts to implement Archangel’s amended plan of liquidation and obtain any other required consents to the dissolution with a view to filing articles of dissolution on or before March 31, 2010.
