ABSTRACT: Characteristics of diamond thermal damage at high tempature are observed by means of scanning electron. Microscop after the diamond surfaces have been plated with NiWB alloy bv electroless plating, the result shows that diamond plated with NiWB alloy suffers from plane damage while nonplated diamond suffers from body damage, the reason is explained in considertaion of X rays diffraction.
