ABSTRACT: In this article, a special development process of producing diamond wheels and small blade was introduced. It is similar to the method of making powder metallurgy products pressing and sintering. Several methods such as room temperature press-reduction atmosphere sintering, short time hot press in the atmosphere, room temperature press-reduction atmosphere sintering-hot press and room temperature press-vacuum treatment-reduction sintering-hot press were distinguished. According to the fundamental principles of vacuum desorb and powder metallurgy, the relationships of different sintering parameters such as press density, press force, reduction process, sintering temperature, the final moment to press, and the necessary of vacuum treatment were carefully analyzed. By contrast, The last process Was the best and it was identified by the actual results. The devise rules of coherent facilities to realize the last process were put forward. The properties of facilities developed by the Yanshan university which can realize the optimum technology were introduced.
