ABSTRACT: Using the low temperature(on the loom-temperature) electroplated technique to produce thermocompression impregnated diamond bits, that is to say, the impregnated diamond segments are set in the bit body, and then on the surface of it electroplating a layer of diamond composite coating, making it to be combined with the bit body and preventing diamond from the second heat hurting for silver welding, and meanwhile the diamond bit has the advantage of good regulation of matrix property and well maintenance inside-outside diameter gage. This kind of bit has been well received by users.
