An Attempt to Explain the Graphite Diffusion into Molten Ni70Mn25 C05in Film Growth Method of Diamond Using a Nano-Granule Model

ABSTRACT: The shapes of graphite particles, which diffuse into alloy Ni70Mn25Co5 through a process of high pressure and high temperature, were observed using SEM. The leading to these shapes were discussed. A cluster model of graphite diffusion was suggested. which can gave a clue to study on the mechanism of synthesizing diamond.
