Monocrystal products have been experiencing sales growth of 20% a year since 2003, the growth being achieved by focusing on market needs and delivering improved performance in terms of product quality and customer service.
The Isle of Man plant, established in 1988, manufactures synthetic single crystal diamond using a high-pressure, high-temperature process where all aspects of synthesis are carefully controlled and products are subject to high standards of quality control with regard to dimensions and physical characteristics. The products represent some of the most sophisticated produced by Element Six.
